Moscow Business Incubator OJSC (MBI) was found in 2003 for implementing the Moscow city technopark Nagatino i-Land project.

MBI was started by a small team that is still running the company and developing Nagatino i-land project.

MBI is the Nagatino i-land project initiator, developer and investor.

Today MBI has about 170 employees in its team, which is constantly growing with increase of the work scopes. As we are working on a big and unique project, we retain only experienced and high professional specialists rapt in what they do.

After many years of work MBI has the Nagatino i-Land Phase 1 already built. Its space is 216 000 meters. MBI will settle in one of the Phase 1 buildings.

Nowadays we are able not only to put the first phase into service, but also we are designing Phases 2, 3, 4 and 5 and preparing plot for the construction works.

MBI shareholders are AMO ZIL (25%) and private investors (75%).

MBI is investing in the projects with its own and outside (borrowed) funds, at the same time acting as the project's originator, developer and investor based on the Moscow Government Decree dated September 23, 2003 N792-PP "On developing the Nagatino-ZIL technopark", Report N11 of the Chairman Committee of MBI dated August 11, 2005 and current laws of Russia.
